The main patio of this project consists of white granite effect porcelain laid at a 45° angle. The edging has been made out of full size granite effect porcelain which has been ripped down into planks to create the triple plank border surrounding the patio.
All but one of the fences were painted in the colour "goose wing grey"; the other one being cladded with a custom horizontal timber screen.
Kandla grey bullnose coping surrounds the open side of the patio which leads on to the rest of the garden transformation.
Our clients wanted to create a mini patio in an area of their garden that gets the last of the sun, and we thought that a harena circle would be best suited for that area!
Black limestone cobbles create the edging detail for the circle patio and the planting scheme, with a buff coloured jointing compound to really highlight the cobbles.
The planting scheme is comprised of Ligustrum, Festuca Glauca, Cordyline and Carex Testacea, with black ice chipped marble for decoration.
The main patio is raised off the ground to allow for this beautiful black z-clad cladding install. Along part of the wall, polished black pebbles have been installed into a reservoir, which looks amazing in comparison to the luscious green artificial turf.
The artificial turf is St Tropez from the one and only Tuda Grass! This is one of our personal favourites as it's got a pile height of 40mm, and has multiple layers of grass which makes it look that much more realistic.
Inset lights surround the main patio; some of them being in the bullnose coping, and some of them being in the triple plank border.
